My husband lived with his parents until we got married (he was 29). He's no where near a momma's boy! My husband would cook, clean and help out both his parents, not take advantage of them, there is a difference. There was no need for him to waste a rent payment on an apartment when he could be saving his money.
You know if you're a momma's boy! We don't have to tell you.

You aren't white. The thing that brown folks share is the closeness with their family. Parents aren't going to kick the kids out just because they turned 18. Just think about when she gets older, are you going to be a loser and dump your mom into a crappy old folks home? Or are you going to show some love and take care of her? It's a cycle. Just like life.

My uncle lived at home untill he was 32 to finish his Phd in pshyc. Now he is 40, unmarried and miserable. You figure it out.

i dont think you're a loser...YET, but i hope you are saving money and planning for a future. there nothing attractive about a 30 year old man living at home, so dont become one.
