She made a racist comment, yet I don't think she's racist. But, I think there's a double standard. Why is it easier to forgive her than to forgive Don Imus? 2D

She has the right to free speech. But then again one word about Jewish people and her reputation is ruined for life. Mark Fuhrman whom is Jewish said the "n" word during the O.J. Simpson trial and nobody sued him, because he has the right to free speech. But his reputation is ruined. I think the whole world is anti Semitic, and it's becoming a norm now. I think she hates the Jews because they control everything and even the way she lives. The Jews always find ways to sue Black people because they are easy targets. Example would be Michael Jackson. He was accused of anti Semitic, and Jews sued him for millions and won.

I think this is more of a case of not thinking before speaking. How many of us have said something that could be considered racist or prejudiced at some point when no malicious intent was ever meant? It's unfortunate that we don't have freedom of speech anymore. People should feel free to look stupid in public, or even free to anger people. Nope. It just doesn't happen anymore. Now it leads to censoring and law suits. And if it's bad enough, prison. I personally think freedom of speech means you can say whatever you want. If you are racist or prejucided, you should still have that freedom. As long as you aren't threatening people, you should feel free to speak your mind. We all have a choice. We can listen or not. We can agree or not.

Halle Berry is not smart when it comes to race I guess. Oops, I forgot how she used it to get her Oscar. She is half white and half black but all beautiful. When she had her shot she suddenly became a black actress. Before that she was just Halle. She used race to advance herself. I guess she thought there was some confusion about her race. If you listen to Cynthia McKinney or Louis Farrakhan then it seems that many blacks have a problem with Jewish people. I don't know the official reason for that.

She thought her career might be over, because she knows that Jews own America's media. Jewish media mogels are vindictive and ruthless, and those in the public spotlight can't say anything bad about Jews. Just ask someone in the US government.

Today, seven Jewish Americans run the vast majority of US television networks, the printed press, the Hollywood movie industry, the book publishing industry, and the recording industry. Most of these industries are bundled into huge media conglomerates run by the following seven individuals:

Gerald Levin, CEO and Director of AOL Time Warner

Michael Eisner, Chairman and CEO of the Walt Disney Company

Edgar Bronfman, Sr., Chairman of Seagram Company Ltd

Edgar Bronfman, Jr, President and CEO of Seagram Company Ltd and head of Universal Studios

Sumner Redstone, Chairman and CEO of Viacom, Inc

Dennis Dammerman, Vice Chairman of General Electric

Peter Chernin, President and Co-COO of News Corporation Limited

Those seven Jewish men collectively control ABC, NBC, CBS, the Turner Broadcasting System, CNN, MTV, Universal Studios, MCA Records, Geffen Records, DGC Records, GRP Records, Rising Tide Records, Curb/Universal Records, and Interscope Records

According to a news article from BBC a few Jewish people backstage made the joke and Halle thought it'd be funny to say in her interview. Being that she is bi-racial I doubt it was meant to harm, but I agree she needs to be careful. It's like Terri Hatchers comment in that episdoe of Desperate housewives about asians. It was wrong.

To me they all need to be careful and considerate of other races. HOWEVER there is a HUGE difference between these two and Don Imus. His comments bring to mind years of persecution from bigots and racist who attacked black women and used similar terms. His comes from a heart full of hate, their comments from ignorance.

just because she made a stupid comment does not mean that you should automatically conclude that she is racist and hates jews. it's not some huge conspiracy that the tonite show edited that clip out... it was just inappropriate to air.
seriously, it's like you think that everyone's out to get the jews... dont get all paranoid
