Find him. Find his assets. Take his assets. If you know he is living in his mothers house you know where he is.
Nobody can guarantee that they will get money because they don't know if he has any assets in his name before they start.

Good luck
He is a dead beat according to what you have said.
He has no assests, the state can't garnish his wages, can't do much of anything to him except put him in jail at state expense.
Its time to start seeking out grants, scholorships, whatever you can put together to put her through collage
And for gods sake, if you have not already done so, lose the frigging anger. You can not draw blood from a turnip and it appears, from what you said, your ex is a turnip.
Children come first, always, not hate, not vindictiveness, but rather the children.
Peace
Jim

I can't believe child support enforcement would let court ordered child support go uncollected this long. Do you have an actual support order? If so, call child support enforcement immediately and tell them you need them to start enforcement action. Why have you waited so long? In several states, a deadbeat parent's driver's license can be suspended which sometimes helps. Good luck.

Pretty sure that you should have brought this to someones attention long ago..At some point a judge would have stepped in and sent him to jail..$150,000 is a little unbelievable..

Maybe you should have thought about this before the time came. And if your daughter "deserves" to go to college, she probably would qualify for scholarships.

Call your DA's office. They can help if he owes that much. He can also get thrown in jail depending on the circumstances and the DA's office is free.

Your department of child welfare or human services should have a division for this.
