I did it each and all the time as a baby. My birthday is on Christmas so we used to observe my birthday for friends and classmates on June twenty 5th, or the closest weekend. If it sounds relaxing, choose for it.

Absolutely! At my second middle school, they handed out crowns for people on their half birthdays as well as for their real birthdays... perhaps they should have distributed half a crown.

Nope.. even on your birthday u just grow a year OLDER in life.. But as v all practice, v celebrate it. half birthdays don't make a very nice plan! :)
