How do you simple explain a particle whose constituent parts constantly slide in and out of existence?

Atoms cannot be divided using chemicals. They do consist of parts, which include protons, neutrons, and electrons, but an atom is a basic chemical building block of matter.

indivisible as far as the element is concerned...
consists of a central nucleus and electrons....and is not charged as a whole...
proof (molecular)- brownian motion of pollen in water a petri dish..

is has smaller parts, that are the building blocks of all types of matter...

atom can b liquid gas or solid dependng on d distance between molecules in it. More distance between molecules then it is gas less, thn liquid, if extreme less thn solid.
