with a big screw driver to loosen the bolts!!

If you have a step bumper, where it curves down in the middle and there is a lamp on the left side and a lamp on the right side, it's fairly easy to reach up underneath the bumper and grab the socket and rotate it counter-clockwise to remove the socket from the lamp. If the lamp is above the license plate there are two screws holding the lamp in place. Remove the two screws and the lamp should come out, giving yoiu access to the socket. Kinda easy, huh?
