I go over to singles and dating too, but don't ask or answer over there, just want to read about the "tragedy" going on.

This can be addressed to cheaters. Sorry none of the two....
As much as possible we will practice as honest as we can to reduce corruption.
For if there's corruption in small things then expect them in bigger things.
I would like to share to you my notes on corruption below:
My Analysis of Corruption: A Theological Perspective
Why does Corruption exist and why not only in the Philippine Educational System? Why do corrupt people behave like this? Or Why are they doing like this?
It is a fact that corruption is a problem that the world is facing now whenever there are transactions that involves money. History shows that this problem can be traced backwards 2000 years ago even in the time of Jesus Christ. To mention a portion in the Bible passage about the tax collector, he did an intelligent operation of lending and collecting money from the community. In that time, the tax collectors are assigned by the head of their government in controlling the transactions such as lending and collecting of the peoples’ payments of their borrowed commodities such as oil, wheat, etc. The vested interest of the tax collectors will drive them such as doing improper actions like collecting lesser payments from the peoples’ borrowed commodities so that when they are not anymore in the job, then they can still live affluently with the help of the people that had owe them favor during the time when they were in the position. This practice of cheating the government is an example of corruption. One of the weaknesses of man is his ultimate longing of gaining riches in this world. I think this is the main cause of corruption.
Man in his journey of having a righteous life is in many times tested. His honesty is being tested with the glittering gold. Man is tempted to do wrong, oftentimes not minding the consequences as long as his longings are satisfied. This problem continues as long as there is life on earth. Man is by nature corrupt. This is so because man is made of decomposable or corruptible matter. If this is so, then what are we going to do?
We are not destined to do corruption. We know what is right and what is wrong. This is dictated by our conscience. The problem of corruption may have some temporal solutions and can be minimized starting from each one of us in our daily righteous actions. This can be done by examining our conscience and by reorienting our lives, by working as models and by doing honest work every moment with the spiritual guidance.
In the educational system, there is academic corruption. [Refer to the attached articles.] At present, the challenge to solve this deeply rooted problem continues. As a matter of fact left and right, we hear news about issues and problems on corruption; still this problem continues to exist. Corruption in general, is a practice of dishonesty, any work or transaction whether we are inside or outside the school.
A lot of research and evaluation articles on corruption can be seen in the Internet. To mention some titles, they are listed below:
1.International Diploma Mills Grow with the Internet (By: Alan L. Contreras)
2. Academic Corruption: The Continuing Challenge (By: Philip G. Altbach)
3. Academic Integrity and Its Limits in Kyrgyzstan (By: Madeleine Reeves)
4. Higher Education in Kazakhstan: The Issue of Corruption (By: Nataliya L. Rumyantseva)
5. The Question of Corruption in Academe (By: Philip G. Altbach)
6. Corruption and Higher Education in Georgia (By: Natia Janashia)
Part or whole portion of these articles are presented in the appendix for the sake of exposure to the readers or audience hoping that they may be aware and be guided what to do in order to do righteous or honest work in our daily lives.
In connection to the goals and objectives of our course, we need to start or continue doing right things and refrain from corrupt practices such as tolerating cheating in examinations, admission bribery, etc.
