No dear. A bill is a draft of an idea that is presented to Congress to vote on. If it passes, it then becomes an amendment/law.

No. A Bill is a proposed law that is debated and voted upon in Congress, if passed by the House and the Senate it is forwarded to the President to sign. If he signs it, it becomes a law, if he vetoes it, it goes back to Congress where it can still become a law but must be approved by a super majority in the House and the Senate.
An Amendment is a change or addition to the Constitution of the US.

A bill can be ammended and the amendment becomes part of the bill.
If you are talking about amendments to the Constitution, then no they are not the same thing.
