If a new employee came to work what would they need to know?
How would you tell them?
I would explain how to apply for a vacation, what to do if they need to call in sick, how to sign up for 401K and how it is structured with a match or profit sharing. How sick and vacation time accrues. The anti harassment rules and how important they are. Company drug test policy.
