what do you do when you better halfs mom is always in your busniess? she has to know everything you are doing and what is going on in your life?

Keep your distance. Talk to your husband about the problem and let him sort it out. My mom and my wife hate each other right now. You do not want to get to that point, believe me. I learned that I should have been the go between and things would have worked out properly. Your husband will have to tell his mom to back off. He will be the only one that will be able to explain it to his mom in a way that she doesn't end up resenting you. He can put the blame on himself. For instance, he can say that he doesn't feel comfortable with it and leave you out of the discussion.
If you don't feel your husband is capable of doing it, you'll have to think long and hard of finding a delicate way of talking to your mom in law yourself. I recommend the old "its not you its me" method.

tell her to back off but of course do it nicely. if that doesn't work set up some time each week to talk then you can pick and choose what to tell her and she won't always be in your business.

I'm happy to say that i don't have that problem, but if i did, i would NOT like it and would find a way to get her off my back.

"Sight"............Ah married life, well at first I was annoyed by it, but with he time I ended up just ignoring her and that stop it. I think she got the message and she stop bothering me.
