Very lucky... Mine too would go to bed around 6 or 7 and sleep until 7 or 8 from 2 months on. Even before she was 2 months she would only wake up once a night.

there are things that you need to consider here. Is your baby sleeping from a full belly? If you are feeding him enough right before bed time then yes he is most likely sleeping because he does not feel the need to wake up during the night to be fed.
There are a few other possibilities that you may need to look into with your doctor though....one that i had to look into with my son is wether or not he is having a problem with his/her blood sugar. Blood sugar problems in babies can make them sleep excessively. It will make them very groggy and irritable.
When we sleep at night our blood sugar drops. That is why Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it brings our blood sugar back up to normal and gives us a boost.
I would just suggest having this checked out just to be on the safe side.
My son is a diabetic and has been since the day he was born.

You're lucky and it's normal for some kids. The baby learned YOUR schedule in the womb. My daughter did the same! She also learned music and the alphabet and that reading is great! (head phones on my belly) Except, I'd be sitting on the floor all morning (get up at 5am) whispering "wake up and play Baby" because she did sleep those hours!...tee hee...kids are great! Late congratulations!

Yes, you are lucky. Mines the same way, at 6 weeks she slept all night. I dont even tell people that anymore because if their child doesnt sleep all night they get pissy about it. Some babies are just like that.

Embra slept through the night @ 8 weeks. haha
The challenge is to get him to go to bed without having to be rocked to sleep. Embra waves night night to me before I leave the room :*) awww
:-O p.s. I know who foxxybabe is! ;)

Its actually fairly common, but i would think a sign of a happy, content baby. It certainly makes a difference instead of being up every couple of hours!!

All babies sleep at same point. No baby stays awake for twenty four hours. Yes you are lucky that its not some other time.
