Other people laugh and i just sit there confused, his jokes are really not funny. Should i just laugh at his jokes & fake it even though i dont feel like it? I heard this guy plays favorites when it comes to grades

Sometimes you may need to say or do things that require discretion. For example, if your wife or girlfriend asks, "Does this dress make me look fat?" you need to respond with discretion. "No dear, but you really look cute in that other one. The red one. That's my favorite."
