I believe that if a person wants to do something bad enough they can do it. Who is the judge of "natural talent"? So many famous actors have been passed up in the past because "someone" said they didn't have what it takes. If those actors would've stopped trying because someone said they didn't have the natural talent, they wouldn't be where they are today. I know ball players that have made it on sheer desire to make it, they have to work harder maybe, but hard work overcomes a lot. It all depends on how bad you want it. Some even with "natural talent" don't make it big, it isn't that cut and dry. One just never knows what they can accomplish until they put their mind to it. I have seen so many peoople accomplish the impossible, nothing is impossible if you believe in yourself and work hard.

I would like to posit a question:

Can a person with absolutely no natural, inborn, inherent ability to be an Architect learn, by judicious study, and a strong desire, to design the Parthenon?

Gifts are gifts. No amount of desire can turn you into a Genius.

If you are not Brilliant, do not despair. Most actors aren't.

Most actors can barely tie their shoes.

Ability is inherent. You cannot study for that. If you are terrible, there is still hope:

Reality TV.

I say "yes." You have to have SOME natural ability. But if you work hard at it you can get good. It's like anything else. Not everybody can do it but more people than not could do it if they put in the effort. The ones without natural talent will never be great. But they can be good.

No. Actors have a natural gift to be actors. Non actors do not have this gift, and it cannot be taught.
