I'm fortunate to have a great working relationship with my co-workers. Not perfect, but we all get along and help each other out. My boss is great, and supports us and our ideas. We got a solid team, and we mesh well....it helps that we all have a crazy side too. *)(*

I think basically everyone would rather work for themselves. I actually do respect my boss as he has a good work ethic and is a pretty natural leader, if anything i think he is a little to soft on people and lets things slide to much. My coworkers are a mixed bag however, one believes we are all created by aliens, one believes in every conspiracy ever and the other one is just really really lazy and relates everything to comic books or fantasy novels which is fine except when you are trying to talk about something fairly important.
