I would say so because the sentences are separate, but connected.

I wouldn't say those two sentances warent a semicolon. Use a full stop. They are two distinct sentances therefore a semicolon isn't appropriate from the conventions I know, but the correct use of semicolons is disputed.

No. as quickly as while i become a infant my father gave a woman on the line money. She accompanied my father homestead and would come and ask for money. using the excuse that she had a infant to feed. She did have a infant along with her. My father have been given ill of it and that i think of he had to threaten her with the police. She regarded like a junkie. i individually haven't any tolerance for individuals like that. i theory the female pathetic using a infant to rip-off money off adult adult males. I understand that a guy or woman could have surely confusing circumstances. yet some everyone seems to be merely rip-off artist. i've got dealt with my proportion of them.
