Some listed so far are just made up by adding "y" to "ug" words to try to turn them into adjectives. You may use these it you wish, but recognize they are not standard words.
Leaving such words out, try:
buggy, druggy, fuggy, muggy, puggy, vuggy
That's it for "perfect rhymes". If that's not enough, you might test the closest NEAR rhymes -- words ending with "ucky" (the /k/ sound is the same as /g/, but without using the voice)--
chucky, ducky, lucky, mucky, plucky, yucky
If these still won't satisfy your needs, experiment with slightly more distant near rhymes, such as:
kludgy, pudgy, sludgy, smudgy
duchy, touchy
buddy, cruddy, cuddy, muddy, ruddy
butty, cutty, gutty, jutty, nutty, putty, rutty, slutty, smutty, tutty
