I think it is cute. It is usually a boy name but with the feminine spelling is could be either one, such as Darren spelt Daryn .. I have seen that before. Go with what your heart says when naming your children. And don't listen to those people who say things like Mr relevent above.

Why make up a name? How about Jacqueline, Jocelyn or look in a baby name book or name her Jackson. Just my opinion.
But then again Jax, Jacksyn.

Is it Jason?? Or Jackson?? Or something completly different??/

If you cant figure out how to pronounce it....dont spell it that way.

And either of those pronuciations is too masculine for a girl to me.

No, because it sounds like "Jackson" which is a boy's name. No one will be able to pronounce that name, she'll be correcting people all of her life.

No. Not only is it obviously a boy's name, it's spelled in the godawful "let's be trendy by adding a y!" style. Horrible, horrible choice.

I personally do not like male names for girls, even unusually spelled ones.

I can't tell if it's supposed to be a very misspelled "Jackson" or you decided to make your own language rules "Jason." Either way, it's awful.

Pronounced Jackson or Jason?
If you spell it properly, then either would be cute.
