Why are you worried about NAMBLA? Perhaps, since you care so much about them that you can make and endowment that will keep them going and they won't have to depend on the government. The last I heard, I know little about them, they seem to be a private organization and would thus depend on private contributions such as yours. So, no I doubt President Hillary Clinton, nor Nancy Pilosi will ask for government funding for that organization. There is no reason to do so.
