technically when you agree to buy something from Ebay you are entering a legal, binding contract. In the USA you must be 18 to enter a legal, binding contract. It could go either way, for example lets say you buy something and pay for it, somehow the seller finds out your 16, they can keep your money, and there would be nothing you could do about it because you entered the contract illegally. As long as you never give your age, I'm sure you could get away with it.

I don't want to get you down any more but when you go into the Army and complete basic you will probably go into combat. This will inevitably make you feel alive, but you will be employed to kill. This is a very complicated matter and after it is over you may feel worse than you did before. I know a lot of people that have found real direction and meaning out of the service but be careful that your decision is the right one. Are you involved in drugs at all? Drug abuse tends to suck the life out of formerly outgoing people. Stay active and healthy, try to find a girl, or guy if that's your thing, to share your feelings and emotions with. Look for happiness anywhere that you can find it and be open to experience new things with new people. Maybe the fact that you have made up your mind so strongly has something to do with this feeling of unfulfillment. Keep your options open and don't be afraid to take risks with people. Good luck with everything and congratulations on your upcoming graduation.

I think that is not allwed. but a lot of people does that. I tried to do it but I didnt because I was so scared and my dad said it is not the right way so dont do it. Where the problem comes is when you buy u need to use ur debit card and by that there is a chance to freeze ur account for a while or you get a bad background history. My sugestion is ask someone who knows ebay more...

I am sure that if there is no mention of your age there will be no problem at all, either way you could ask your parents to cover for you jsut in case?

In black and white: You cant because you are not of legal age and therefore can not enter into a contract.
In reality.. prob. absolutely nothing as long as you pay your bills and act responsibly.
