I was stabbed one time while in college. Was in the wrong place at the right time I suppose. I guess I'm a survivor since I'm typing this reply. Got stabbed in the back right around the shoulder blade area. Hurt pretty bad. Was in a state of shock and then got pissed off and then things got bad for the guy that stabbed me.

I've been jumped (numerous times), had my car stolen, been beaten by Mexican police (not too bad though), and mugged at knifepoint. I used to get myself into all kinds of trouble. I've even perpetrated a few serious crimes which I wont get into here, except to say that I've never physically hurt a woman or a child, and aside from a couple bottles of booze on a few, and I mean very few occasions, I never stole from anyone either. But hey, drugs can make you do lots of crazy s***.

Twice robbed at gunpoint, once caught in the middle of a shoot out between 3 guys at a shopping mall, victim of identity theft and victim of assault and battery. I'm here to tell you that I'm a survivor; I called Geico.

I wouldn't say they were serious, but my car was broken into twice. They cracked my windshield all the way across and completely busted out the passenger side window the one time.

I did have my identity stolen one time, but I don't consider that a serious crime. Annoying yes, but serious, no.

Only one, someone broke into our apartment and we confronted them at the top of the stairs. He ran away.
Thank goodness that was all. I've heard horror stories. There are too many victims out there!

Not any serious crime. My family's house was vandalized and robbed while we were on summer holidays when I was a kid... and when I was in my early twenties I was attacked by a gang on a dark downtown street... I have a feeling it was some type of wilding gang initiation... they jumped me and punched and kicked me for awhile... but it didn't require hospitalization... cowards.

I was mugged at gunpoint once. Nothing, however, compared to the intellectual mugging of public schools.

No, fortunately not. My house was broken into when I was in high school (years ago) but it was nothing serious.
