I know its REALLY HIGH, but my co-worker said he has a Dr.s appointment on Friday? Can he wait?

I wouldn't wait. Diabetic comas can occur at the level of glucose. I would ask him to call his doctor and tell them that and see what they say.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. That co worker needs to go to the ER. Now. Friday is too far for blood sugar that high.

I am not a Health Care professional, but that is extremely high from what I understand.
Yes, that person should be sure to see the Doctor to get a professional test and opinion.

A fasting normal is around 70 -115mg/dl. A borderline diabetic can run that and higher and still appear normal. I've seen some folks walk around with over 1000mg/dl...though they didn't appear very normal...

Send them to the Doc right away birdie. My brother is diabetic, that is very high. And they shouldn't be driving like that, just in case they pass out.

No he should not wait!!!!! That is way to High and needs to go see his Dr now ,Tell him to call his Dr and tell them how high it is.He needs to NOT eat anything with Sugar in it,that includes Pop.
