I am assuming that is a bad spelling of the "Bit Torrent" program. It is a peer to peer program used to download files that have been shared from other people's computer. (Usually music and videos).

It is probably wanting to update you to a newer version of the program. Your decision whether you want to switch to the new version, or continue to use the old one.

I don't see a good reason to upgrade. The old version is working, right?
Almost every time I upgrade when I don't have a good reason, I'm sorry.
The other day I called a tech support line for a program. They said I had an old version of Java. I said that couldn't possibly be the problem, but just to make them happy I would upgrade.
Screwed everything up. Had to uninstall the upgrade.
