My wife had a radical hysterectomy about two years ago and our sex life has disappeared. I wonder if any other couple (or single female under the same circumstances) have found a particular sex toy that helped jump-start their sex life.

Radical hysterectomy should not be the cause of decline in sexual urge.You should search out the root cause, which could be psychological also.
