You need to feed her on demand. Eleven weeks is really young. As she gets older she will fall into more of a routine, but for now you need to have lots of support and help with your other kids, because if the baby is hungry you need to stop what you are doing and feed her as soon as you possibly can.

Breastfeeding has to be on demand. This is what I was told by my doctor in hospital and thats what I have done ever since. Some kids actually ask for more as they are still getting used to the breast, latching and sucking. Sucking is a tough thing for them. They are still learning. There are times when they fall asleep while feeding and have not had enough to fill their stomach. So, it has to be on demand.

You can't feed a breastfed baby on a schedule, you need to feed her on demand otherwise she will just fuss and be hungry. Since you don't know how many ounces she is getting per feeding... you have to stick with feeding on demand, otherwise you can start weaning her to formula if a schedule is a must for you.

There is a book called Baby Wise that talks about how to stop the feeding on demand routine...
I haven't read it, nor do I use it myself. (Breastfeeding a 5 week old.) But for lifestyle you may want to look into it? I have a super hungry baby and fortunately the time to sit and nurse all day.
You may also want to make sure she's not comfort nursing... Mine does this a lot. But I'm new at this, so this may all be common sense for you. Best of luck!

Too keep your milk supply up yes. If you don't mind it possibly dwindling..you can supplement formula. I'd say pump...but to me it was more demanding than just feeding the child and was only useful when I went back to work.

While being on a routine would help you out greatly if you are breast feeding her then yes it has to be on demand. Maybe you might want to try suplimiting with formula and get someone to help you with feeds or try a breast pump and bottle it and get help feeding her.

Yes, feed her on demand. Your older kids are the ones that have to do some adjusting...find ways to keep them occupied while you're feeding her.
