I'm sorry I don't know much about college sports, but a school near a big city in California--such as LA or San Francisco--would be good. The University of Maryland in College Park is not too far from Washington, DC, which is rather vegan friendly. A school near NYC would also be good, as they have tons of vegan options there; unfortunately, it's rather expensive.
You could also talk with the recruiters about options in the school cafeteria. I have read that more and more colleges are offering veg options.
Good luck.

This will put you in such a small niche, you might not like your choices. You can practice your choices and still go to any college.
UCB (Berkeley) is not a vegan college (never really heard of a vegan college), but it is pretty liberal where everything is pretty much accepted as the norm.

Rice, is a good college with an FBS football program, acceptance of a wiser diet, a large city around it that has whole foods markets and other vegan options, and an average class size of only 15.

The Ohio State University Buckeyes.
The campus population is so big, you will be sure to find fellow vegans and you can be sure that there are going to be places to eat that will cater to you being a vegan.
Also, the buckeye is a nut, so there ya go

I hear Wesleyan college is very sinsitive to vegan needs, but i don't think they have a great football team - or any football team for that matter...
Seems to me that vegan and football are not a common combination. Good for you for sticking to your beliefs!
