Basically it means a man who accepts a submissive role and is dressed by his dominant as a woman or in a feminine manner. While under the control of his dominant, the submissive will do and wear just what the dominant wants them to. This may include training in wearing feminine garments, acting like a submissive woman and performing as a woman in all aspects of thier existence. Humiliation and domination seem to be the main aspects of forced feminization as it seeks to put the male into a submissive (i.e. feminine) role in a relationship.
