Yeah. I wondered about that.
What I think is funny is all those neo-conartists complaining that you don't provider any evidence or a link when the link is right there in your post. And your post is very short. You would think that some Republicon would have enough education to read to the end of it.

Interesting post and I did take the time to check out your link. The only issue is you are making a very questionable assumption: that everyone in red states is conservative. Wow, what a leap of faith, have you ever seen a president candidate in either party carry 100% of the the vote in any state? Each and every state has both democrats and republicans the are just divided into different percentages. If you look at the demographics the poor, uneducated and unskilled (the con arguement is these people don't attempt to work and improve their lives/education/skills and get complacent just getting their handouts, and offer the liberals a few votes every four years in return) are usually the ones that use social services. These people are in every state in America. So, your attempt to make a meaningful point that conservatives are taking all the handout money or whatever you were trying to prove, well that came up short, but you did get some responses.

Why is everybody always talking about democrats wanting free stuff. Some people do take advantage of the system, and their probably liberals. some companies give big parties and call them charitable causes and right it off their taxes and their probably republicans.

What is surprising to me is that conservatives bad mouth the social programs and never stop to think what they would do if their earner ever became disabled. All of them cannot be rich enough to make it without disability. That doesn't matter though. They will never vote for a Democrat because the NRA and Rush assures them that they will get their guns taken away or gays will runs rampantly in the streets. Which would never happen anywhere east of California or west of Boston.

Most of those programs were set up for people to use on a TEMPORARY basis. I did once, about 14 years ago when I was a single mom and suddenly out of a job. It took me about 2 months to find another good job and get back on my feet to start paying my bills again. That's what those programs are for, not to feed off of for the rest of your life.

kinda like how they hate paying taxes but if there is a fire they will call 9/11 for the tax-paid firefighters to come over and help them.

I honestly doubt its the acutal conservatives that do it. Its really the nonvoting sit at home watch American Idol back pain disabled people in those states that do it.

I have not noticed this and nice source you've provided.
I have noticed that in my red state there is a large welfare population and I'm pretty certain they aren't voting Republican, but that's just a hazarded guess.
Spartacus, I doubt anyone has missed the drivel-laden point, which is baseless accusation.
