Probably after the seventh inning stretch but I usually go before the first pitch. Remember it will still be a long line regardless because most women hate baseball.

Well depends really! Most people will go when the visitor team bats. Then again.. I'm in Texas so it's not some place always packed like Fenway. I usually go before the last out of the top of the inning. Then theres always 3 or so mins before the next half inning starts.
If your in a stadium like NY, Boston, Cali etc then go before the game or during the anthem before the lines get too long.
Also try to controling how much you drink really helps. Get the smaller sized cups so your not tempted to drink the whole thing.

HATE this line up stuff GGRR
I go before the game starts and drink very little to make it all the way through the game.
I just can't leave during an inning, and the lines are to long during any breaks during the game.
At the end of the game FOR GET IT... head for a coffee shop if you have to. waiting in that line NO WAY.
Besides I can't dance that well to be standing there for 15 -25 mins HEHE
