Heat on the bottom is endemic to laptops...that's the only place they can ventilate (that's where the fan is). So, if your laptop is getting hot, it's good for the sake of your laptop to get a board or a tray or some other flat surface to hold the laptop while it's on your lap. You can even buy a tray, with fans, that help ventilation: they plug into a USB port, and draw power from your laptop, and blow air, to aid ventilation, and have holes to let air escape.

Believe me, I know: my HP overheated twice last year. Once melted a memory chip. The second melted another memory chip, a CPU, a hard drive, the fan. Both times, I had to rebuild the OS, all personal data, from backup...a tedious exercise.

As for your little friend, well, ask!

Burning? Well, a laptop is meant to be placed on a flat surface, because the vents are on the bottom.

you can purchase add on "cooling Plates" that clip to the bottom of your lap-top and with its fans, it will hopefully solve your problem. As your your legs and what-not, i would not worry about them as much as the price you might have to pay if your CPU over heats and dies.

**Yes, your d*ck is going to decrease in size because you use your laptop on your lap**

Don't try and hide what you're trying to say.

Put it in a different section and people who are more specialised can help you ;-)
