I'm certain that there are no over-the-counter medicines that will make your period stop sooner than it's regular cycle. But, there are 2 birth control methods that can help. Seasonale is birth control pill that you take for 90 days that will give you a period only 4 times a year. Or, the Depo Provera injection that is given every 12 weeks. After 2-3 injections ( on average), you'll no longer have a period. You can check out these medications but entering the name of the medication in the search bar and click search. This will provide you with additional information. I hope that this helps.

Nothing over-the-counter will stop your period early. The only way you can modify your period is with birth control by either starting your next pack immediately without a week off (with birth control that has the same amount of hormones all month long) or taking the last week of a new pack immediately after finishing one (with gradual hormone pills). Other than that, there is no way to control when your period starts and stops.

Do they have meds that stop it early? Hmmm....I know that certain birth control pills can help you have lighter, shorter periods. I was on Loestrin FE, and mine only lasted 3 days at most. As far as just 'meds to make it stop early', I am not so sure about.

If you want shorter periods, try Yaz. It comes with 24 active pills, and only 4 inactive pills. This makes your periods lighter.
