Um mm ! Maybe a diversion for Illegal Aliens to sneak in undetected ?? Certainly takes all the attention and a lot of manpower away from the border ? If it is man made , then it most likely is a diversion of some sort. Just some thoughts.

Some rich kid with nothing better to do, like the sick and twisted weirdos in Broward County, Florida, who used to kill homeless people for entertainment.
