Right click on the upper part of the border of the media player.

Select "Tools"

Select "Options"

On the Rip Tab, look under Rip Settings, and uncheck Copy Protect Music.

I suggest you find some open source software that does not incorporate DRM 'Copy Protection' cr*p ... otherwise at some future date (maybe after MS has done an 'automatic update') you could find your entire music collection encrypted and is no longer playable on anything expect kit 'authorised' by Microsoft

Think it couldn't happen ? ask the people who are still trying to play their iTunes after upgrading their PC a couple of times ..
