The global warming folks are already out in force saying it is the President's fault. The conspiracy theorists have blamed everything on the President, from the Mars polar ice caps shrinking, to Pluto no longer being considered a planet.
So yes, there will be those who say the President is getting smarter. He is helping the housing industry without killing lots of people this time. But they will see evil intent in everything the President does. Bad things will happen in 2050, and they will blame President Bush.
Addendum:
Hey there Bert T. Thou arst going to have to get off thy high horse and deal with reality.
This is a valid question. If you saw the display from the folks on Bill Maher's show, you know this happens. Yes what is going on is a tragedy. But the left is already blaming the President. So given that, this was a fair question.
And oh by the way, I loved the pompous attitude as you try and castigate the right from high atop your perch. You aren't fooling anyone. You just keep taking shots at the right under the guise of "putting the unwashed heathen in their places". You won't fool me.
Also, Bert, your answers betray this high road you pretend to take in this one. One just need look at what you have answered previously. This feigning innocence won't work. The agenda you display is easily spotted.
Ta ta.
Yo Matt Man "illegals poor across are boarders"? I guess spell check missed it because poor is a word, just the wrong one. as are "are" and "boarders". But I digress. Actually, we don't believe everything we are told. We check out the facts, then we decide. Anyone who thinks that the President had something to do with the twin towers coming down shouldn't think the right are mind-numbed robots, for to see a mind-numbed robot, they need only check out a mirror.

Baahh sheep Baaahh, believe what they tell you. I am not saying 9/11 was an inside job, but I wouldn't rule it out. Its ironic how cons call these "fringe leftists" crazy for not believing everything they are told, when it's even more crazy to accept what they tell you and not even try to look at the facts. Anyways these wildfires will only make bush look worse, because if he does do something it will ultimately show how poorly prepared the government is to deal with disasters on the homefront (see katrina). Are country isn't any "safer" since 9/11, illegals poor across are boarders everyday and whats to stop a terrorist, and the problem with that is if the next disasters isn't natural, we are in quite a pickle

Bill Maher does not believe the President is responsible for 9/11 because he is too dumb to pull something like that off.

Dear George
please stop putting these ideas into the public domain.
The average Californian has enough to worry about without having to consider that their president is attempting to improve the general ecconomy in some way.
Your comments distract from the well known truth of aliens from Mars attempting to delay future launches to their home world.

You are a little behind the curve.
Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein have both taken advantage of the human tragedy associated with this natural disaster to take swipes at the Iraq war and George Bush.
It would be funny if not so predictably tragic.
