Rhinos are born with their horns, however they are in a very early stage of growth, more or less just a little nub or bump on the nose.
Because it is so small and still growing there is nothing there to harm the mother during birth.

The horns begin growing after they are born, and they grow throughout their lifetime.

I dont think the horn developes until after they are born.
