assume i get a job as a teacher in an elementary school (kindergarden - 5 grade). if i get a position in the 1st grade. do i permenetaly work there or can someone (supervisor/principal...) move me to another grade such as 5th grade?

if i start teaching kindergarten and want to permanently work with kindergarten kids, will i be allowed that or might i be transfered to other grades?

Very much depends on where you are. This can vary from county to county, state to state and country to country.
Here, you can be in an infants school where you can be moved between K and grade 2: a primary school where you can be moved between grade 3 and 6 or at a combined school where the range is from K to 6.
You will be moved.

You will definitely have an opportunity to change grades, but maybe not for a couple years.
