Go out at teatime, later on all the trouble-makers will be out!

It depends on what age group you are talking about.

If you are talking about young children, there is the option of going to downtown stores during the day or to the mall. This way it is safer and less scary for younger kids.

For older kids, there should always be @ least one responsible adult per 5 kids, so that you can keep track of them more easily. Older kids can usually start trick or treating around 7 in the evening.

And please remember, if you are a parent... Check the Halloween candy before your kids eat them! You can never be too safe!

well if you've got little kids say 5:00-6:00 but if you've got older kids, teenagers or adults with ya say after dinner until 8pm. This year im going at 6:30 to 7:30 because im a older kid. Anyone could be out there if your kids are on your own so its always best if a adult follows them. i would say that if your kids are going on a Halloween sleepover, you should always speak with the child who invited your childs mother, and if you are inviting kids to a Halloween always seek permission from the mothers of the invited children. Max time allowed out:8:00pm because it gets dark early in this type of day

If I was going to trick or treat, I would go around 7 or 7:30 but it really depends on the number of houses your child wants to go to.
