I would not be suprised if the first digit of that number is a 1.

I once read an article about how one third of numbers from real life sources begin with a 1 one third of the time. It is Benford's Law.

i think the most uncommonly used 4 digit number has a 7 in it like 3782 or 5617 because those were random and who needs to use a number like those other than that may be how much money you have in your bank account or something like that. so yes i think there is such a thing as an uncommonly used 4 digit number
