Pepsin and rennin are produced in the stomach. Typsin and lipase and other peptidases are produced in the pancreas. Bile is from gall bladder, and is a mixture of bile salts and cholesterol for the digestion of lipid. There is no enzyme in the bile.

Oh...topic on human digestion eh?

OKay let's see if this helps.

Pepsin from gastric juice in your stomach breaks down protein into peptidase so it's an enzyme.
I never learned about rennin before so i'm not that sure.

Pancreatic juice contains the enzymes amylase, lipase and trypsin which will react on their substrates.
In the small intestine, undigested protein is broken down by trypsin secreted by the pancreas/pancreatic juice so trypsin is an enzyme.

Bile is produced in the liver and stored in the gall bladder. Bile released in the duodenum causes fats to become peptidase or in other words it seperates fats into smaller particles for larger surface area for enzymes to act on.
but take note: bile does not break down fat so it is not an enzyme.

Lipase from pancreatic and intestinal juice breaks down fat into fatty acids and glycerol so it is an enzyme.
