Hey Jack. Let me just start off saying that no, masturbation doesn't have any negative effects to your health. It's a normal part of every boy's life, and if anything, it has positive effects: it keeps your reproductive system healthy, regulates your sperm, and can reduce the risk of acquiring prostate cancer. The reason for not looking at girls in class when you've been recently masturbating, is because of a very temporary low sex drive. Think about it... the more you masturbate, the less ***** (or sexually aroused) you'll be, therefore decreasing your sex drive for just a bit. The less you masturbate, the higher your sex drive is, and the more likely you'll be looking at girls. If masturbating is getting in the way of your work and social life, you may want to cut down on it a bit... but either way, it's not something any male should need to take out of his daily life. Hope this helps

If you have masturbated daily for five years and are still alive and well, then assume that there is no any danger to your health.

Masturbating is equal to committing adultery. While you are indulged in the activity you probably think of someone or have fantasies.
In one of the holy book it say...even though you look at a girl and think bad about her in your mind it is equivalent to sleeping with her.
So friend abstain from all these... you will feeling or get interested only when you are alone. Keep yourself busy and try and avoid being alone. That should work.

It depends on how often DAILY you are doing it. There's a thing such as desensitization when it comes to excessive masturbation and the actual act of sexual intercourse.

Masturbation is a normal and healthy expresssion of sexuality.
Some of the known sexual health benefits of masturbation include:
Solo masturbation is a safe sex practice that carries no risk of sexually transmitted infection and unwanted pregnancy. As part of lovemaking between two people, it is known as ‘mutual masturbation’.
Sexual tension is released. Masturbation allows a person to express their sexuality by themselves and is valuable if, for example, they don’t have a partner or if sex with their partner isn’t available, or if they want to (or have to) abstain from sex for any reason.
Being familiar with your own sexual responses allows you to better communicate your wants and needs to your partner.
Masturbation is a popular treatment for sexual dysfunction; for example, women who don’t orgasm can learn by masturbating. Men who suffer from premature ejaculation can use masturbation to practice control.
Health benefits
Some of the known health benefits of masturbation include:
Eases some of the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome
Relief from menstrual cramps
Muscle relaxation
Helps you to fall asleep
Promotes release of the brain’s opioid-like neurotransmitters (endorphins), which cause feelings of physical and mental wellbeing
Reduces stress
Enhances self-esteem.

Probably not. Similar to having sex (though not with the exertion) I would talk to your doctor about it just to make sure though. I would think as long as you aren't doing it to the point that the skin is chaffed you are OK.

Later on down the road you might end up with arthritis or uhm...carpal tunnel. Let's just hope you don't eventually have to start taking Viagra to get your job accomplished with yourself.
