i am planning to buy a new phone and i want first to check the features of the phone. i am not really looking for a super high end and expensive one but just the one which could serve the necessary calling and texting purposes. i also want a cell that has excellent signal reception and excellent sound quality. the phone may not have a camera but i am really into the quality of the sound.
if you have excellent phone suggestions please tell me or could you kindly refer me to a good cellphone review site. i am planning to buy a cell in about a week.

The Samsung IP-830w and BlackBerry 8830 are the only PDA that can roam internationally. I'd go with the IP-830w. I have its counterpart, the i730 (which is from Verizon, and it has Wi-Fi instead of world roaming) and it is great. Windows Mobile is much better than BlackBerry OS. Windows Mobile is the broad category. Like Windows. Windows Mobile 5 and 6 are different OSes, like XP and Vista. 6 is the newest one, but only offers a few upgrades with a new look, and 5 is still really good.
