Try making them shower at night, then lay out there clothes the night before also. Do as much as you can the night before. Keep a clothes hamper/ laundry basket in their room so they can just get dressed and throw their clothes in there. How old are your kids? Try having a discussion with them about time and even do a contest, weekly then monthly. Eventually morning will become a habit. Also decides what is priory and what can wait. Like you said made beds, or something. At first make sure the basics are being meet, dressed, groomed, and breakfast. Then after you guys got that down you can start on, OK lets try to at least straighten out the beds and pick up a bit. Don't worry about perfection on those things, after all nobody really sees them but you guys. (I'm a mother and am not good about making my bed, so I really don't care about beds, My own personally bad habit I guess, LOL). Wake them up 15 minutes before they get up, but also make sure they are going to bed at a decent time so they can get enough sleep. They could just be really tired from lack of sleep. Try some simple breakfast, instant oat mill with wheat bread, cereal and toast, cut up fruit and yogurt. (you could make a big bowl for the week). Stuff that would be easy to throw together but still off some nutrition.
