I was driving straight and she was turning left in the intersection and both our lights were yellow. she was the opposite direction. is she at fault or me. it happend in toronto. cops were there and insurance company was informed and there was a witness that said it was a yellow light for both sides. cuz i was going straight and she was turning left from her side in an intersection while the light was yellow.

When turning yo must take all care to avoid an accident so the care was not taken therefore you are in the right.~~

both are at fault. should not actually be GOING through a yellow light. Should be slowing to a stop because you KNOW the light is turning red. That's the point of a yellow light.

you both are at fault. This happened to me. I ended up winning bc the judge said that when making a Left-hand turn, you need to certain that it is safe to do so. I was the one going strait

she hit you... her fault,,,going straight has right....but hay...u got to look out.
