i'm 30 weeks pregnant today and for some reason i feel like i've hit a milestone. i'm a college student and have 6 weeks left of the semester. 6 very busy weeks. lots of homework and test plus i have to work. we have the crib set-up and everything. i just feel so ready for him to finally be here. i know that they say the last few weeks are the longest. did they really seem to fly by for anyone? i just don't see how they are going to drag out with all i have to do. what do you think?

I kept working full-time till i was 37 weeks , im now 40 weeks on friday and my whole pregnancy has just flew by not so much the past 2 weeks but i think that is because i have been doing nothing which is something i am definatly not used to. Best of luck.

I thought it was never gonna end... I am 31 weeks with my second and it's dragging on.. I cant wait to see my son... It's probably the anticipation for me and the fact that I am not really working, just caring for our 2 yr old daughter (who was 11 days late..imagine that)
It might be different for you because you have the very busy school schedule ahead of you.. just don't get too stressed over stuff, or try not to anyway, I have read that a stressed body doesn't go into labor easily... and trust me you don't want to be late and get induced.. it is NOT fun, lol
Good luck with your school and everything, and gratz on your baby boy!

My son was born at 28 weeks, and my twin daughters at 26 weeks, so when my youngest was born at 36 weeks I thought it took forever! If had gone that long the first time, I would not have had any more kids. Pregnancy is hard work! My poor husband had to listen to me whine, and complain just about everyday for the last 6 weeks. I was HUGE, and miserable. :)

absolutly not lol i feltlike the last few weeks just draged on for ever i got more and more unfortable and tired and felt more and more like a hefolump BUT after giving birth and towards the last few days i remeber saying "geez these last few months have gone really fast" so i guess while in the last few weeks they feel like they are just dragging along because i was so excited for it to just be over and done with yet once it had been over and done with it felt like it all went so quick

You'll be fine. Just dont over do it, you dont want to land yourself in preterm labor.

You still have 10 weeks for a full term baby, but these next 6 weeks will surely fly by since you're going to be so busy.
