I am visiting again and would like to know if Congo Grille in Pasay Road still serve good food. I enjoyd my visit there last time

Congo Grille closed more than a year ago. On that same facility now stands "Jaymi's Grille". The menu is 80% the same, but maybe the the way food is cooked will be different. In any case, you can still go that that same spot if you want to try the new restaurant.
Or you may try Gerry's Grille, a very popular chain of restaurants that you will find in that general vicinity, but across from the street and closer to the other end of the road (if you rmember Anson's Arcade, that building has been demolished and Gerry's Grill sits in that area.
On top of it all, Gerry's Grille is a much better restaurant than Congo. So if you liked Congo, you would most likely find Gerry's to be a more than worthy replacement.

Janna is right. I don't see that restaurant anymore.
