I am enjoying . This is the first time that everyone in general city has been on the canvas since Carmen's death. It is always a pleasure to see all the character's all at the same time instead of once in a while. So - i am enjoying out of the ashes very much. There is so much drama and chaos in this. Like today trying to get amber and Catherine out of the parking garage. And i thought J.T and Kane were done for - as they where climbing up that elevator shaft.

Well where do I start. Noah the spoiled rich kid has been through more in his young life than I ever will. They treat him like a porcelain doll. I scream every time they hang up with out saying good bye. What's up with that? Phyllis in prison for what every body does in the corporate world. Brad does it Victor does it and Jack does it. That really ticks me off and 6 years to boot. OJ got a get out of jail card for murder. These writers must be from kindergarten. Give me a break or I'm going to start watching Sesame Street

I kinda like it. I mean it's different. I guess everyday will be another set of trappies (is that a word) getting out and the show will revolve around them and what happens while they are trapped and their loved ones on the outside and their rescue. Hense the "out of the ashes" anyway I was glad to see Noah/Lauren/Paul and Maggie get out of there.
It sure took them long enough to relise that noone had heard from poor Vicki.
I guess Phyllis can stop calling everyone now huhhh.... wow her low security prison is really liberal with the phone privledges. (not my favorite story line. I don't like the way they do prison stories. It makes it look a lot cushier than it will ever be)
I also wish they would rap up some of these storylines. I mean come on.
William had a twin... didnt leave him anything??? the twin is on to Gloria when the cops arent...William was so rich the Gloria is happy now
Please please please let Jill call her on the spiking of the tea and all the crap she did to her and JiMin. Whose storyline got cut real short,
Amber having all that money.....and being able to fool everybody about it.
Michael and Kevin need to lay off Jack. He was just protecting his family like they do theirs. If somone is doing what Gloria did to John to her they would do exactly what Jack and Ashley did for their dad.
The tainting of the face cream story has gone on way way too long and so has David Chow his. I mean he came to find Carmen killer, brought her look alike cousin in (and that storyline just faded away.) His past like his exwife, job at Granville Global, etc etc etc.... there is something fishy there. Oh and what about the Newman Jet and where did Victor go when he was "looking for his son?"

I kind of agree with most of the other answers, but don't you think parts of even these episodes are kind a boring?
It seems like the first five minutes or so are really good just to get us "roped in", but then after that it gets really boring until the last four or five minutes when it gets so good you get all back into it, then before you know it, it's all over!
Why couldn't they make the whole episodes that good, instead of just the very beginning and the very end?
It would seem to me that if these episodes are supposed to be so good that Y&R's ratings will suddenly shoot way back up, the PTB had better "step it up" quick, or people are going to get tired of Y&R all together and will stop watching it for good!

Oh I love it. That's the fastest hour on TV right now. It makes these people put their bitterness with each other aside and focus on what's really important. I do agree with others that it's time to get Phyllis out of jail and do something with Jana, she's boring!

UM...not sure yet. It could be interesting but I hope they don't drag it out TOOOOO long. My biggest problem with the Young & Restless right now is the new COLLEEN! BOTH other actresses who played that part were amazing and very appealing but this new one is as dull as dishwater. She is not a very good actress and has ZERO chemistry with any of her co-stars. I hope they replace her soon or just scrap the character.

i hope the storyline won't be dragged out. Wishing the writers would adhere to the history of the soap and blend into recent events

I like this storyline. I don't like Phyllis making calls every 2 minutes from jail. I also think they need to wrap up some story lines, like the Glo Ho and the face cream crap...enough already!

I am loving it so far. Very suspenseful, always has me on my toes, as we wonder how - and if - they're going to get out alive. Spoilers have stated that Victoria will go into a coma, but we don't know long long that will be, or if she will ever come out. We are already wondering if Jack will get out alive.

Its a nice change of pace but I think so far its boring. Should be interesting today with everybody thinking JAck is dead. Hes not dead, he just signed a new contract. I was hoping like maybe Noah was in really bad shape and saw Casey and talked with her. That would have been cool!
