my trip to paris on 1st Feb (10day) Europe tour stop at London and return to Kuala Lumpur. How far from eiffel to disneyland? is it posible a return trip to hotel at eiffel? and how is the weather on that date.

In February it is going to be cold, around freezing is the most likely. If it is not freezing rain is most likely.
I wonder if you will enjoy Disney, specially if you are short on time.
Disney is about one hour out of Paris, the Eiffel tower is in the center of Paris, so I think you should have at least 2 hours to get from the one to the other, and at least one more hour to see the Eiffel tower and go up, several hours is better, as the lines can be long at any time of the year.
I doubt your hotel will be right at the Eiffel tower, as the nearest buildings to it are a bit of a walk, so add more time to go to your hotel too.
I think you will have to decide between Disney and the center of Paris, and either one will be too much for one day. Maybe better stay in London one day longer and see the town better.
