depends on who that person is like. in my opinion safest would be some music she really likes,, or some accessories since its a girl (i think?). and a girl can't have too many wallets/coin purses!! or get hair bands or sth like that. NEVER get books i had a friend who got a book on her birthday and she wasn't really happy.
