In true Color there are over 16 Million colors. If you are asking how many have actual words (Blue, Teal, Aquamarine), then I'd say that would be subjective, as many colors can be described by two or three word phrases (Forest Green, Baby Blue, Robin's Egg Blue).

The spectrum of visible light is unlimited I believe, but humans can only see about 10 million colors
