There is no program on the internet which will translate English into English. Basically Hamlet is asking himself whether he should live or die. Whether it is better to "get it over with" or stand and fight against the injustice of his father's murder and his mother's betrayal. Hamlet reasons that he doesn't know what death will bring, but that it might not be any better than what he has to deal with, and that men would rather face the evilst that they do know about, rather than risk the unknown nature of death and what comes after it.
Good luck. You might find a textbook helpful in suggesting some alternate words and phrases for the difficult passages. Also, it is often easier to understand Shakespeare when it is read aloud by a good actor. You might try getting a video of Hamlet from your school library.

YOu need to translate it yourself. Take what the character is saying, or attempting to say and put it into contemporary speech patterns and idioms.
"To continue existance or not, that is the question I now must ask myself. "
