Regardless of which program I am trying to use this happens. Yahoo , games, weather channell etc., etc.

click on control panel, internet options, advanced
and click on the RESET internet explorer options.

This should fix your problem.

Good LUCK, I use to have that problem, until I reset.

I would say make sure you have the latest IE Explorer (7.0) and all updates required. If you do - perhaps if you try downloading it again in safe mode and reinstalling over top.

To get into safe mode - restart your computer and after the first blurby passes press and hold down F8 until you see the safe mode options - start in safe mode with Networking.

IE 7 has issues and that will happen untill a service patch becomes available. Try Fire Fox

Check your addons. google and yahoo toolbars installed together made my IE do that until I disable one of them.
